Event Health

Find silent issues that block registrations, disrupt visibility, and reduce event revenue.

NOTE: Event Health requires The Events Calendar.

Built for high-volume event operations

Event Health is built for organizations running large numbers of events where small configuration mistakes can silently block registrations, hide events from listings, or close sales unexpectedly.

Instead of finding out after registrations stall, Event Health scans events and surfaces clear, actionable alerts so your team can catch issues early and keep revenue flowing.

Why Use Event Health?

Find silent failures before they cost you

Most event issues don’t throw errors. They simply stop sales, reduce visibility, or create operational confusion.

Event Health detects these “silent failures” automatically and flags them in a centralized dashboard so nothing slips through unnoticed.

Protect sales integrity

Event Health includes sales-focused checks that catch common revenue blockers like missing tickets, sales not started, or sales closing too early.

It’s designed around real-world ticket workflows where operations teams need confidence that events are actually sellable.

Clear alerts with fix guidance

Each alert is color-coded and includes:

  • The event name
  • The issue detected
  • What to fix (guidance your team can act on)

This keeps resolution fast and reduces back-and-forth between admins, coordinators, and support staff.

Zero-impact, read-only scanning

Event Health does not modify events, tickets, or settings.

No risky auto-fixes. No hidden changes. Just safe monitoring that makes issues visible.

Designed for teams managing a lot of events

Event Health is built for environments where manual checks don’t scale.

Instead of clicking through dozens of event editors, your team gets a single operational view of what needs attention right now.

Alert Types

Critical Alerts (Red)

  • No Tickets Attached: Alert when an event has no tickets created.
  • Sales Not Started: Alert when an event is upcoming but ticket sales start in the future.
  • Sales Closed Too Early: Alert when an event is upcoming or ongoing, but sales are already closed.
  • Private Visibility: Alert when an event is set to Private status.
  • Hidden from Listings: Alert when “Hide from Event Listings” is enabled on a published event.
  • Not Published & Starting Soon: Alert when a draft/pending event is starting within the “Starting Soon” window.

  • No Organizer: Alert when an event is missing an organizer.
  • No Zone: Alert when Venue Zones is active but the event is not assigned to a zone.
  • Duplicate Title: Alert when another event shares the exact same title.
  • Title Mismatch: Alert when the ticket name does not match the event title.
  • No Featured Image: Alert when the event has no featured image.
  • No Description: Alert when the event content and excerpt are both empty.

Information Alerts (Blue)

  • Capacity is Zero/Unlimited: Alert when event capacity is set to 0 (Not for sale) or -1 (Unlimited).
  • Tickets Sold Out: Alert when available tickets count is 0.

Active Alerts Dashboard

Event Health includes an Active Alerts dashboard that shows all current alerts across your events.

Each alert is:

  • Color-coded by severity
  • Listed with the event name and the issue
  • Paired with “what to fix” guidance
  • Includes a notes field for internal tracking
  • Can be ignored with a single click when intentional

Ignored Alerts Dashboard

Not every alert is a problem and sometimes it reflects an intentional setup.

The Ignored Alerts dashboard keeps intentional exceptions out of your operational view, reducing noise while keeping everything reversible at any time.

Built to work with your LogicalWP stack

Event Health detects additional operational gaps when other LogicalWP tools are installed:

  • If Recurring Schedules is active, it can alert when an event has no recurring schedule defined.
  • If Venue Zones is active, it can alert when an event has no zone assigned.

This keeps your workflow consistent across scheduling, space management, and ticket operations.

Who Event Health is built for

Event Health is designed for organizations where events drive real revenue and operations need to stay reliable at scale.

This includes, but is not limited to: sports clubs, academies, schools, recreation centers, community programs, and any organization managing large numbers of ticketed events where silent configuration issues can create costly downtime.
