Attendee Manager
View, organize, and communicate with event attendees using a clean dashboard built for The Events Calendar and WooCommerce.
Built for busy event admins who need clarity fast
Attendee Manager is designed for organizations running many events across multiple categories, venues, and schedules. Instead of digging through orders or event screens one-by-one, it gives you a centralized attendee dashboard with quick navigation, filtering, and built-in communication tools.
It keeps everything inside your existing workflow while making attendee lists easier to find, easier to export, and easier to message.
Why use Attendee Manager?
Find any attendee list in seconds
Attendee Manager includes a category-based dashboard that mirrors how you organize programs. Top-level categories are shown in a clean grid, with expandable subcategories so even deep structures stay easy to navigate.
Click any category and you’re instantly taken to the matching event lists below and a predictable layout that staff can learn quickly.
Filter events and categories without clutter
When you’re managing dozens (or hundreds) of events, you don’t want to scroll through empty sections. Attendee Manager lets you hide categories that don’t contain matching events based on your current filters.
Search by event title and filter by venue to narrow down lists to only what matters right now. This is especially useful for multi-venue clubs or facilities.
Open an event and get a complete attendee list
Clicking an event takes you directly to its attendee list in a familiar WordPress table layout. Each row includes purchaser billing details (name, address, phone, email), along with the order status, so staff can quickly verify registration, payment state, and contact info.
The attendee table is color-coded by status for fast scanning and fewer mistakes during check-ins or roster review.
Control which registrations count as "attending"
Not every order status should be treated the same. Attendee Manager lets you choose which statuses should be included in attendee counts and lists (for example: include Processing and Completed, exclude Pending or Failed).
This prevents inflated lists and ensures your exports and emails target the right group.
Export emails instantly, with optional status filtering
Every attendee list includes a clean, comma-separated block of unique purchaser emails that’s ready to copy and paste into external systems.
You can also filter the email list by order status, so you can target only completed orders, only processing orders, or any combination you choose.
Send batch emails directly from WordPress
Attendee Manager includes a built-in email sender so you can message all attendees of a specific event without leaving the dashboard. Write an HTML message and send it in controlled batches to avoid server timeouts on large lists.
This is ideal for last-minute updates, location changes, reminders, or quick announcements to one event’s roster.
Supports recurring programs and ongoing schedules
If LogicalWP Recurring Schedules is installed, Attendee Manager can identify programs that are ongoing versus passed based on their session logic, helping the dashboard stay accurate even when programs run across multiple dates.
Optional integration with Attendee Profiles
