1. Products & Licensing
LogicalWP develops and sells premium WordPress plugins.
When you purchase a plugin, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license type purchased (e.g., single site, multiple sites).
Unless otherwise stated:
Licenses are annual
Licenses include updates and support for the active license period
Expired licenses do not disable the plugin but will lose access to updates and support
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share our plugins or license keys.
2. Updates & Modifications
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features at any time.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue any product or feature
Change pricing or licensing terms for future purchases
We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or WordPress versions, though we make reasonable efforts to do so.
3. Support
Support is provided to customers with an active license.
Support includes:
Assistance with plugin functionality
Bug investigation
Clarification of documented features
Support does not include:
Custom development
Theme customization
Third-party plugin debugging
Training or consulting services
We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe but do not guarantee response times.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to our posted Refund Policy.
In general:
Refund requests must be made within the stated refund window
Refunds are issued at our discretion
Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future purchases
5. Use at Your Own Risk
All LogicalWP products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
Plugins will be error-free
Plugins will work in every environment
Plugins will meet your specific business needs
You are responsible for:
Backing up your website
Testing plugins in a staging environment
Ensuring compatibility with your setup
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicalWP shall not be liable for:
Data loss
Lost revenue
Business interruption
Website downtime
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in the preceding 12 months.
7. Third-Party Dependencies
Some LogicalWP plugins integrate with or depend on third-party software, including but not limited to WordPress, WooCommerce, and The Events Calendar.
We are not responsible for:
Changes made by third-party providers
Compatibility issues caused by third-party updates
Licensing or restrictions imposed by third-party software
8. Intellectual Property
All content, code, branding, and materials provided by LogicalWP are the intellectual property of LogicalWP.
You may not:
Reverse engineer
Decompile
Copy proprietary logic
Remove copyright notices
Except where permitted under the GPL license applicable to WordPress plugins.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys.
You agree not to:
Share license keys publicly
Use one license across more sites than permitted
Attempt to bypass licensing restrictions
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or revoke licenses
Deny access to Services
If we detect:
License abuse
Fraudulent activity
Violation of these Terms
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
